Festifeel 2022 Information

Please Note: Due to the Queen’s state funeral taking place on Monday 19th September, we anticipate some delays on public transport on Sunday 18th September. Please check your journey before heading to Festifeel and keep an eye out for any travel updates. 

Event Information

How to get to Omeara

Omeara’s address is: 6 O’Meara St, London, SE1 1TE. Our closest stations are London Bridge and Borough Station, which are both a five minute walk from the venue. The 344, 381, N343 and N381 buses also stop nearby on Southwark St.

All stations provide step-free access, plus local bus routes operate a low-floor service and/or have a ramp available for wheelchair users.

No parking is available at the venue, however there are nearby drop-off points, as well as a late-night taxi rank close to the venue. The closest parking is a nearby NCP multi-storey car park, located a nine minute walk away. The address of this is: Kipling St, London, SE1 3RU.

Event Timings 

Doors open at 3pm and the event will run until 11.30pm. 

Cloakroom

There is a cloakroom available in the venue. We kindly ask for a suggested donation to CoppaFeel! when storing your items in the cloakroom.

Age Restrictions

This event is 16+ only. Any children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that ID may be checked on entry. 

Bags

Omeara operates a policy of not allowing large bags (anything bigger than a handbag) into the venue for safety and security purposes. Any large bags or items will need to be placed in the cloakroom for the event. 

Please note that aerosols and liquids will not be permitted into the venue for security reasons.

Prohibited Items

Please note that aerosols and liquids will not be permitted into the venue for security reasons. Bags and items larger than handbag size are required to be placed in the cloakroom. 

Smoking

We want everyone to have the best possible day, but we politely ask that if you need to smoke, you move away from the venue. Due to the nature of CoppaFeel! as a breast cancer awareness charity, we kindly ask you to respect this. 

Food and Drink

Food will be available to purchase from within the venue between 4pm – 8pm. Drinks are available to purchase from the venue’s bars.

Drinking water

Free drinking water is available from all bars within the venue.

Cash Points

Please note there are no cash points within the venue, however there are some situated a few minutes walk from the venue on Southwark Street and Borough High Street. Please remember there is no readmission to the event.

Please be aware that Omeara is a cashless venue, therefore only card payments will be accepted on the bars. Cash donations to CoppaFeel! will be accepted.

Wifi Access

There is no free wifi access within the venue. 

Lost Property

For any lost property requests, please contact Omeara on info@omearalondon.com.

Photography & Filming

Photography and filming will be taking place at Festifeel. 

These photographs and footage will be used by CoppaFeel! for the purpose of promoting our activities and may be published to coppafeel.org and circulated to press and other media organisations for publication, transmission and broadcast. Refunds

Please note that we cannot offer ticket refunds if you are unable to attend the event. If you wish to return your ticket to the waitlist, please contact the ticket sellers or contact Omeara on info@omearalondon.com.

We want to make all our events as accessible as possible, so we welcome any feedback and will do our best to cater to any requests. 

Personal Assistant Tickets

Personal assistant tickets are available from the ticket sellers. To book a free PA ticket, first make sure to purchase your own ticket. Once you have a ticket booked, please get in touch with Omeara on info@omearalondon.com to request a free PA ticket. For any questions, please feel free to contact festifeel@coppafeel.org.

Wheelchair Users

Omeara is wheelchair accessible throughout, and includes an accessible toilet within the venue. 

Accessible Viewing Area

An accessible viewing area is available for this event. Please email festifeel@coppafeel.org and let us know if you require access to this area.

British Sign Language

British Sign Language interpreters will be present on both the main stage and comedy stage for all performances at Festifeel.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome at Festifeel.

Smoke Machines & Strobe Lighting

Smoke machines and strobe lighting may be used during some performances. Please speak to a member of staff or contact us on festifeel@coppafeel.org if you have any concerns.

Covid-19 Information

Due to the nature of CoppaFeel! as a breast cancer awareness charity, keeping everyone safe is a top priority. Please be mindful that some of our guests may be more vulnerable than others, so we kindly advise that you do not attend Festifeel if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or are testing positive.

CoppaFeel! regularly monitors government guidance around Covid-19 and will update safety guidance accordingly. Please note that safety restrictions may change ahead of the event in accordance with new government guidance. We will do our best to communicate any safety requirements with you as far in advance as possible.
