Our Team

Our Trustees

This lot take talking boobs very seriously and are responsible for making sure our charity is doing what it was set up to do.

Jamie Clews

Jamie is our Marketing Guru and Chair of the Board. “I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been involved in CoppaFeel! from the very first meeting around a table at Kris and Maren’s mum’s house. Since then, I have seen the charity grow from the idea of a very small team of dedicated people to what I consider the best bloomin’ charity in the UK. I’m proud to sit as chair of an amazingly talented and handsome board (see pics around me) and together we are committed to ensuring CoppaFeel! power on in the quest to help wipe out late detection of this stupid disease.”

Claire McDonald

Claire works as a behavioural change consultant across a number of projects for both the private sector and the NHS. She first got involved with CoppaFeel! after meeting founder Kris at an event hosted by the Mayor of London. Since then, she has continued to support the team with her expertise and we are delighted to have her on our board of trustees. It’s got nothing to do with the fact she’s been known to stock up the fridge at Boob Towers with Prosecco, promise.

Dr Shivani Sharma

Shivani likes challenging people to think outside of the box, especially when it comes to issues related to equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI). This speaks to her background in health inequalities research and leadership of EDI within higher education. That’s exactly what we need as we work towards our goal of getting boob health messages to all young people. You might also catch her sharing culture and connecting different people through her love of performing arts as a Kathak dancer.

Alice-May Purkiss

Alice is not only a social media and comms whizz, but also one of our superstar Boobettes. Alice got involved with CoppaFeel! After she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 26. She is on a mission to make sure you’re all checking your chebs.

Michael Atti

Michael is the numbers man of the group, working as an accountant in his day job. On hand to offer important financial advice, he makes sure CoppaFeel!’s finances are in tip top shape!

Sarah Pugh

Sarah has a wealth of governance and fundraising expertise that she brings to the charity. As Chief executive of  Heart of Kent Hospice, she brings vast sector knowledge and feeds into our policy development and strategic plans. A keen runner and walker, we are just waiting for the right moment to convince her to take a boob costume on her next challenge!
