We’ve created a magical deck of cards to find out which chest-checker personality type you are. Scroll down to find out what the cards meanđź”®.
Disclaimer: there is no such thing as a perfect chest checker. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s knowing what’s normal for you.Â
You’ve got your reminder set. You know your routine. And because of that, you know your normal.Â
Month after month, you show up for yourself. You understand that consistency builds confidence.Â
Keep going – we’re proud of you!
You check… sometimes.
Maybe when something reminds you. Like one of our posts. Or maybe you randomly remember in the shower while you wait for your conditioner to soak in.Â
Here’s the good news: you’re already halfway there. Turning “sometimes” into “once a month” is a small shift that makes a big difference.

Scented candles lit. Soft light on. A little pause in the day.
That’s what chest checking is for you. A calm moment to be present in your body, to check in and see if everything feels normal for you.Â
It’s a form of self-care, just like running a bubble bath and doing your skincare (though let’s be honest, you’ll probably do these right after your monthly check too).
You know that checking your chest doesn’t have to be long or complicated. So you approach it with speedy efficiency.Â
A few focused minutes once a month, and you have the confidence to know if something doesn’t feel right.Â
Because sometimes the simplest habits are the ones that stick – and leave you enough time to make a second cup of coffee before you dash out the door.
You have the best ideas at night, when the world is quiet and you’ve got your PJs on…Â
Like checking your chest.Â
Whether it’s part of your wind-down routine, or you just have a quick look and feel as you reflect on the day, these little moments really make a difference.
You’re not just a committed chest checker, you make sure everyone around you checks too. You’re the one sending reminders in group chats and normalising conversations about boobs/pecs/chests wherever you go.
You know that the more we talk about breast cancer, the less scary and taboo it becomes.
Keep spreading the message! It’s making a big difference.Â
You fully intend to check every month. You really do!
You just haven’t… yet.Â
There’s no shame here. We know that life is busy, so this is your gentle nudge to have a look and feel right now. Future You will be very grateful (and maybe slightly smug) if Present You takes a few minutes to check today.
You’ve got this! Soon enough, you’ll be a regular chest checking superstar.
