If you’d like to invite a volunteer to come along and deliver an inspiring educational talk (online or in person) or host an awareness stall, please fill out the booking request form and we’ll be in touch with our availability. We can’t guarantee that a volunteer will be available, however hopefully we’ll be able to suggest some alternative dates.

Before you get started, please check out our FAQs for everything you need to know about our sessions.

A few important things to note:

We need at least 5 weeks’ notice to process your request from when you submit the form.

You’ll need to suggest at least one date, e.g., Monday 9th October.

Giving at least 5 weeks notice from today. Please be as precise as possible; we need at least one specific date to process your booking, (e.g Tuesday 20th March).
Please be as precise as possible; we need at least one specific timeslot to process your booking, (e.g. 1pm-2pm). Talks require 45 minutes - 1 hour, and stalls can run up to 3 hours. If booking a talk and stall, please specify times for each, e.g. talk from 1pm-2pm, stall from 2pm-4pm.
Talks are 45-50 minute presentations with the option to have a Q&A session afterwards. We can deliver these either in person or via Zoom. Stalls are an opportunity to hand out awareness materials and have a more informal chat about our mission. Volunteers come armed with hand outs, stickers and our giant boobs (of course) to all in-person events.

Our volunteers require certain equipment to deliver talks. Do you have access to the following equipment?*
We need this equipment for talks, but not for stalls.
Can our volunteers use their own IT equipment, (e.g. a USB), to transfer the presentation file?*
We can't send the presentation file directly to the venue.
Please let us know if you would like to use Zoom's closed captioning service.
To assess the impact of our Volunteer talks, part of our presentation requires the audience to take part in an anonymous live poll using their phone/tablet. Will this be possible with your audience?*
