We are so grateful to each and every person who decides to remember CoppaFeel! in their will. We are honoured to be part of their legacy, and promise to use their incredible gift to continue to deliver a lasting impact in the lives of young people facing a breast cancer diagnosis.

Being an executor can feel challenging. While we can’t provide legal advice, we are here to offer guidance, answer questions, or lend an ear if you would like to talk about your loved one, their life and their legacy. Please do contact us – we’d love to hear from you.

How do I pay in a legacy gift?

Please let us know as soon as you’re able to if someone has died. This is important so we can make sure to stop contacting them if they were a supporter of CoppaFeel!. 

If your loved one has left a gift in their will to CoppaFeel!, it is helpful for us to know:

• Title, full name, address and contact details of the deceased
• Description of the legacy gift (if known)
• Your / executor’s name and contact details

If you know why someone chose to leave a gift in their will to CoppaFeel!, we’d love to hear about this as well. While this is not a requirement, it helps us celebrate their legacy and put our work into perspective. It would mean a lot to our team to be able to better honour your loved one.

The next steps will depend on the type of legacy gift in question. Once you’ve shared the required information with us, we’ll be in touch to support you with handling the gift accordingly. 

We can accept gifts via cheque and bank transfer. For more information, please contact our team. 

When making a legacy donation, please include the full name of the deceased as the payment reference. We need this information to provide a receipt.
