How to remind your patients to check

We can send your patients a free text reminder on the first of the month, direct to their phone. They’re usually a lighthearted joke or poem, always with the goal of reminding them to check.

To sign up, your patients can: 

• Visit our website and sign up for SMS reminders.
• Text EARLY to 82228 straight from their phone.

Standard network rates apply for texts you send us. Receiving our reminders in the UK is free.

The Self-Checkout 

The Self-Checkout is our online chest checking tool, which guides your patients through the process in 3 steps: look, feel and notice.

Whilst they’re there, they can sign up for monthly email or calendar reminders – whatever they prefer.

If they sign up for calendar reminders, they can also choose their preferred date and time – to make sure it lands at a convenient time for them!

Our 2-in-1 shower resource

Research shows people often check their chest when in the shower, so our shower resource acts as a handy reminder of the signs of breast cancer, and a prompt to check whilst showering.

They come with a removable shower sticker, leaving behind a hanger, so they’ll have two reminders to check in one resource.
