I want to take part in something fun

If running or walking isn’t up your street or maybe a bit too tame, how about taking part in a muddy obstacle course or jumping out of a plane instead? For all of you looking for something a bit different, we may have the answer for you…

Pedal to Paris 2019

Pedal to Paris 2019

When?
15th May 2019 - 19th May 2019
Where?
London
What?
London to Paris Bike Ride
Sponsorship target:
£1,750

Kevin Murphy have supported CoppaFeel! in salons across the country but have really ramped things up this year to take on an incredible challenge by cycling from London to Paris to show their continued commitment to stamp out the late detection of breast cancer. Even more excitingly they’re inviting all of our supporters to jump on their bikes and join the fun!

Between the 15th and 19th May we will be spending up to 8 hours in the saddle everyday tackling the route from London to the Champs Élysées in Paris! It won’t be easy, spending all day cycling, dodging the dreaded cyclist tan lines and being surrounded by people in lycra. But we reckon it’s worth it to a) stamp out the late detection of breast cancer b) eat unlimited baguettes in Paris and c) high five each other whilst cycling past the Eiffel Tower.

The route will take us out of London, across the Channel at Portsmouth and through the villages of Northern France, taking in some of the incredible Normandy beaches and the beauty of Versailles on our way. Our last day in Paris then allows us to explore the sights and soak up the magical atmosphere of this beautiful city whilst of course being super smug.

We only have a few limited spaces left on this exciting new challenge, so please secure your place quickly! Drop us a line at [email protected] if you have any questions about this incredible adventure.

Only tents are allowed in the campsite and cars need to be parked in car park. If you wish to stay in a campervan, please let us know. Alternatively, you can make your own sleeping arrangements or stay at the Eden Project YHA at your own cost.

Please note:
You need to be reasonably fit to take part in this bike ride as the route includes some very steep hill climbs. Some of the route will include some off road trails, which are not particularly suited to road bikes. However, an alternative route for road bikes will be available. Your bike needs to be in good working order. We will be setting out early on Saturday morning so if you’re travelling from afar, we recommend staying the night before. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided but meals will need to be arranged by you.
