Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate and can affect anyone. Checking your chest could save your life.

Anyone can be affected by breast cancer, but a quarter of young people don’t realise they are at risk. It’s why we’ve launched our new campaign to encourage you to get to Know Yourself. Know your body, know it’s quirks, know how it changes, and if you notice something unusual for you, speak to your GP. Knowing what’s normal for you means you have the best possible chance of early detection, and early detection saves lives.

Know yourself

Our Mission

We want to ensure all breast cancers in young people are diagnosed early and accurately.

Why we exist...

We work...

How our work helps

"I thought of every possible reason that I could clutch at to avoid getting it checked, but then I remembered seeing a CoppaFeel! post that said “Knowing your boobs could save your life." If in doubt, get it checked out”.
Sara

Something inside me stopped and I knew right then that no matter how scared I was of this, and no matter how scared I was of the Covid-19 situation, I could not ignore this anymore.”

We want everyone to have the best possible chance of surviving breast cancer. Ideally we want to live in a world where all breast cancers are diagnosed at the earliest stage possible, at which treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Our work allows us to reach more young people across the UK and encourage them to get to know their bodies.

Our media campaigns

We like to think we’re pretty good at coming up with ways to get the nation talking about (and checking) their chests. Here are some of our highlights.
