We take our message into schools to encourage healthy behaviours from a young age. From teacher friendly lesson plans, to downloadable resources or visits from our Boobettes, we've got it covered.
Our school pack helps you to educate your students about breast cancer. In line with the RSE curriculum and a PSHE Association Quality Assured Resource, it’s the best way to get young people adopting healthy behaviours. What’s more important than that?
We’ve teamed up with male cancer charity Orchid, to bring you our Balls, Boobs, Pecs – They all need a check poster series. We want to make sure that all of your students are clued up on all the information they need to get to know their bodies from a young age.
We appreciate that teaching about breast cancer may not be an easy task. That’s why we’ve created an online module that we hope will support you all the way. Packed with information, useful links, top tips and a reminder that you’re amazing and have totally got this!
These are young women who have been affected by breast cancer in some way under 35. They use their stories to deliver breast awareness sessions in schools and colleges.
The #RETHINKCANCER Campaign was set up in 2013 after seeing the positive response to our breast awareness sessions in schools. It was born from the idea that young people should have the right to be educated about all types of cancer in schools, not just breast cancer.
Our Education Advisory Group provide their wealth of professional and personal expertise to help evaluate, develop and inform our education programmes and resources for schools and young people.
