Uni Boob Team Leader Role Description for 2025

Our Uni Boob Team Leaders lead their society on campus, bringing fun and empowering chest chat to every corner of student life. You can help us educate and empower the next generation on the importance of getting to know your normal now. Early detection saves lives. Before you start, take a moment to read the role description so you know exactly what’s involved and what we’re looking for. This should be relevant to your application and the Uni Boob Team Leader role.
Can you commit to being a UBT Leader for the full academic year (2025/26)?*
The role is flexible around your studies. We recommend 3-5 hours per week from Term 1 to Term 3. This doesn't mean running awareness events year-round and less activity is expected in Term 3 so you can focus on exams. We’ll still need you to keep in touch with CoppaFeel! HQ until June 2026.
I confirm that I’m happy to commit to completing compulsory induction and training*
All Uni Boob Team Leaders must be willing and available to complete their induction and training. This includes one hour of eLearning (completed flexibly at your own pace), and an in-person training day in London (end of August.) If you can’t attend your training day in person, there’s an online alternative in early September.
