London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025

Whether you already have your own place or you’d like a charity place, join #TeamBoobs for The London Landmarks Half Marathon and help us in our mission to stamp out late diagnosis of breast cancer. 

The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other.  Join CoppaFeel! in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025, provisionally taking part on Sunday 06 April 2025.

Breast cancer can affect any body. That’s why getting to know yours is so important and could save your life. Knowing what’s normal for you means you have the best possible chance of early detection, and early detection saves lives. 

Take on 13.1 miles where every step brings us closer to giving everyone the best possible chance of surviving breast cancer. 

JOIN TEAM BOOBS

If you would like a place on Team Boobs, we ask runners to pledge to raise £350 for CoppaFeel!.

As part of our team you’ll receive fantastic support from the moment you sign up, all the way to the finish line. We’ll also provide you with:

• A warm welcome: Boob HQ will be in touch with tips, fundraising insights and guidance to kickstart your journey.
• A fab-boob-ulous fundraising pack. We’ll send you a pack full of fundraising tips, goodies and awareness spreading resources.. 
• A #TeamBoobs running vest. Receive a technical running vest when you raise £50, with iron-on letters, so supporters can shout your name to give you a boost!
• The breast-ever support from our dedicated fundraising team. We’re sooo excited to have you on our team. If you have any questions you can email us on events@coppafeel.org
• Your own group of cheerleaders! You won’t miss us along the route. We’ll be the big group of cheering people in boob suits.
